Actually, I love this hat because it makes her face look so chubby (which it is- and I love) but it's kind of like a face girdle- squeezing those cheeks together. 
Personally, I think that clothes can't be too girlie at this stage. Hope you're keeping warm today!
Daphne got to see Santa and I think we need to call it a success.
There was a bit of indifference... a bit of disgust... a bit of annoyance...
No smiles... but also no tears. We consider this a major Santa success!
I think that she'll have to grow into her role as Santa's little helper.

These pictures are getting old, but I wanted to share them anyways. This was Jack's Halloween costume and Bridget let me borrow it to take pictures of our little gal as a pumpkin.
Why is it so fun to dress your child as fruit and baby animals?? I could do this all the time, if I had the costumes at my disposal.
It's amazing to see these pictures because we took these about a month ago and she has already changed SO much!

The Shanks welcomed a baby girl last night at 9:10 PM. Obviously, Calum has been trying to practice for having a little girl around.
Now, the two become three...
Even though we definitely tried to get her involved before she was born.

At least her big head can carry such a big smile...
